Refund policy

A Beautiful Aching Store always endeavours to provide customers with products that they will be pleased to own, delivered to them in the quickest and most efficient way possible. We also assess product and service partners to this very same standard.

But the reality is that problems do occur and sometimes a product delivered is not to the standard that anyone should accept.

In these cases, upon being notified, A Beautiful Aching Store will remedy the situation and provide a replacement item as soon as possible.

Quality Warranty

Any damaged and defective items will be replaced upon email notification within 14 days of receipt of the product.

Simply send an email to contact@abeautifulaching.store with your Name, Order Number, Photos and Description of the problem.

Then once reviewed, a replacement item will be sent out as soon as possible.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges cannot be accepted at this time, so please choose carefully.

It is understandable that this policy may be discouraging. However, due to the nature of the production and distribution setup, a location(s) for world-wide returns is not feasible at present.
